Our team came to the rescue of this Jim Estes designed beach house on Block Island, which has been serviced by TLCServices for 18 years.

While opening the house in spring 2020 ( during the height of the Covid pandemic) a broken furnace covered the interior of this showpiece in soot.

Two weeks of intense labor, clearing out most of the furnishings, replacing and redecorating, deep cleaning and painting , in collaboration with our partners Puraclean disaster team, we turned this property back into a showpiece, ready for its summer of renters.
